A majority of the units are for affordable housing since there are 277 total. Which is nice

Not necessarily. I've seen a log number in the 48xxx's called before me when I've had a log number of 11xx for The Garnet so don't lose hope.

@Mevie123 - Thank You. Reading your reply gives me hope. I still have my fingers crossed for the building i want in my area. My log# is 49,xxx with CB. Knowing others have been called with high log# keeps me positive. I'm 52,xxx with no cb for this one. Good luck to you all.

No problem! I was disappointed to be picked so late with what I thought was a great log number, but it gave me some hope for other lotteries where my log number was high. From what I've read, CB has the highest power (even though I've had CB for a building but wasn't picked) so it may work out for you! Wishing the best of luck to all of us!

I think the fact that they got the log numbers out so quick relative to other developments is a good sign that they move quickly. The log numbers came out within the month of the lottery ending. Hoping for the best!

Log # 5,XXX with no CB and I fall between 70% and 100% for AMIs. We will see !
