No they didn’t tell me any of that. I just went to see the unit that was assigned to my file: now awaiting HPD approval. Fingers crossed. My worker told me that I have a high approval rate. Do you know the process after the HPD approval ?

I personally haven’t gotten that far before. As I understand from their guide you would sign your lease. People are already living there so you should be able to move in not to long afterwards. Hopefully someone that’s already made it in can chime in. Yes fingers crossed

Got called, submitted documents ,saw 1 bedroom told them i want it ,submitted more up to date pay stubs and a letter from my job now Im waiting to hear back

Did you get in? Im saw 1 bedroom apartment and submitted more recent pay stubs and they contacted my job yesterday.. so now im playing the waiting game
