The apartments look nice and I don't mind the area. Log 3XX, was asked to submit some docs on 5/5/22. Are my chances good? I have never gotten this far and have been applying randomly for the past 5 years to diff projects.
My log number is 2**, I was asked to upload the file on May 5th, I uploaded the file on May 19th, and now the website shows that it is under review. If you have good news, I hope you can share it with me. Good luck!

Fingers crossed for us both! I haven't heard a word at all yet. I hope we both make it. Please let me know if they contact you first. Really trying to manage my expectations here. I hear unfortunately that this developer is a bit difficult to deal with and they over ask for docs vs the number of actual available units. What's meant is meant!
I uploaded my info 5/5/22 my log is 2**. I sent an email 5/26 and got a response a few hours later, saying it’s a 4-6 week wait. I’m hoping it’s this week! Seems like we were all contacted at the same time. There’s only 9 units available. It goes from paying something actually affordable to whose paying 1800$ for a 1 bedroom… no gym, no in unit washer/dryer, not even a doorman. I think it’s a long shot and unfortunately it’s just me soo… I’ll update if anything.
I passed by the building last month and there are already people occupying it. I don't think it was completely full but from what I could see it wasn't 100% done, so I assume they are all lottery winners. Anyway, don't hold your breath because I heard about Reside NYC and it was nothing good. They pull WAY more applicants than there are available apartments.

I believe they began renting market rate apartments. Whatever will be will be lol I just can’t stand the anticipation!
I have CB with a low log # of 482 do you think I will get HPD approval?
