(Ok, I just read you got it. Congratulations. You can still apply to other lotteries. If they have your CB pref that helps your application a lot.)
Living a 7 minute walk only suggests you might live in the CB. CB districts have boundaries, it could be you live just across the line of the CB district and live in another CB district. For example the Even side of Sample St is CB 2, and the Odd side of Sample St. is CB 5
Once you know your CB check to see if it matches the lottery CB.
Be aware that not all lotteries use the CB preference. If you see a lottery with your CB preference, it is recommended to enter because it can be a massive advantage to your application.
Sad day for me I finally got contacted. As I previously posted they didn’t get to me until there was only 130ami /$1800 left… I wouldn’t need affordable housing if I could afford that . How did I manage to hit the lottery twice in 6 months and both were a flop.

Same thing happened to me earlier this year. Got two emails asking to submit docs but only available units were at 130AMI. One from the old housing connect website as well
So I went to see this today… I liked the laundry room.. the 1bedroom is has a nice kitchen/living and functional balcony. The bedroom is tiny, but I loved the bathroom. Parking is valet style but $400-500 a month. of course there will be difficulty parking in that area. Officially withdrew.
Pretty much gave up on this one. Thanks for the update @XC_Clear though bummed out as well that only 130% AMI are left. I got the email to upload docs and on a whim decided to email Reside as to what log #s they’re up to…Their response: low 100s…
SMH. Why does Reside contact folks in larger than necessary batches???
Is there a specific time in the day I should keep a look out for an email if they were to send me one notifying me to submit documents? Also, does anyone knows if this lottery looks at net or gross income?
