Here's another lottery with less than 100% AMI option.

Default 3D Tours

Hello everyone, I found a website w/ 3D tours of some apts in the building. Can't confirm which will be for the lottery but it gives a visual to some of the apts inside. G'luck!

@Gilmoregal - I applied, trying to give myself as many options as possible. Not that many units in my AMI and no CB!! Do you know anything about the area? I'm not to familiar with Brooklyn. I see its between Bushwick and Williamsburg.

I’m not super familiar with the area, I’ve been to a few bars close to the building though and it seemed nice.

I applied and is somewhat familiar with the area. It's ohhhkay. Going towards Myrtle/Flushing the area becomes kinda sketch being that it's right by Sumner PJs. If I had actual choices in the lottery, this wouldn't be my first pick.
