RE: future vacancies for 1-bedrooms - I was in the same predicament (qualified for both 1-beds and studios, was told only studios left + went ahead with the process for a studio). At my lease signing the other week for the studio, I inquired again about a future waitlist for upgrades - they told me that other people have asked the same thing and that there's nothing in place right now for any waitlists. They'd be addressing that around when the building gets to full occupancy. So more than likely if they do get a waitlist put in place for larger units, we'll likely hear about it closer to when the year is up on our lease.
Moving in at the end of the month! Moving is STRESSFUL so I can't wait for this process to be over honestly haha, just want to get in and get settled. Very excited to be in beautiful Greenpoint soon!

We really like the apartment! Definitely bigger and in a much better shape than where we are now.
Do you like yours? Do you have a 2 bedroom as well? Which tower?

I do. I haven't hdd to use it (thankfully) but they've been easy to work with and even simple to move my coverage when I moved a few months ago. Any specific questions?

I actually switched my dates around so now I am moving in on Dec 1st, signing lease Thursday!
