I have log number 6xxx with disability preference and they still haven't gotten to me. When we spoke to the agent at the end of last week she had no idea when she was going to get to us. We've already waited longer than the 2 weeks they stated after submitting paperwork, so this is a slow moving process.

Wow this makes me feel like they won’t be done with preferences until the fall with how slow it’s moving. I thought I had a decent log number with all the units avail in my AMI but I’m realizing they probably won’t get to me until next year

3k. I know a few ppl who won lottery units and had log numbers of 4K with the same amount of units available so I have some hope but they didn’t get contacted until a year + after applying so I’m thinking it will most likely be the same here.

This is a big one. It will take time. Lottery ended April 4. 205 units total. 108 are 2 bedroom only for households of 2 or more. They might already be done with the first two small preference categories. It’s hard to know for certain.
5% preference for mobility disability; 5% of 205 = 10.25 units (round up or down?).
2% preference for hearing/vision disability; 5% of 205 = 4.1 units (round up or down?).
Speculatively, it could be that a 6xxx log number was not low enough to get called for the 10, and/or the 4, disability preference units. It could be that those allotted units have already been filled by lower log#s than 6xxx.
(Also, “* Up to 5% of the units in the building may be allocated through referrals of applicants from city agencies” )
