Does anyone know what the income limits are for the Haven Connect lotteries? It is not listed on the website and when I called C+C they did not have a clear answer for me, thanks for any help!

It depends on the building but they send it to you once your number is called. I hate that their process is so long tho I should’ve been in an apartment by now

I see buildings in Red hook listed, I don't know anything about that area. anyone know what is neighborhood like around Henry st, Visitation st and Lucquer streets? or just Red Hook in general.

I don’t know too much about the area other than there aren’t many trains as easily accessible as other parts of Brooklyn. Closest I’ve been is industry city which is nice

That’s kind of annoying. So you have to fill out a whole application before knowing if you qualify?

I'm confused I went to link but all applications deadline are over and I don't see any info on if any of these are current opening or waitlist etc

My bad I didn’t notice the date at all. I guess it’s something that can be checked from time to time to see when/if they upload new applications.
