I applied, but I ended up going with another lottery unit when they moved the closing date to late February. I couldn't risk missing out on the sure thing.

I was really interested though, they seem spacious.

Have they assigned logs?

from what Ive read in other threads, its usually about two weeks! Sometimes shorter, sometimes longer.

I don’t agree with this two weeks usually notation. Sorry. Sometimes they come out fast and sometimes not.

For example, th Lottery has ended on Dec 20, 2021 for East Village aka 302 East 2nd Street, but still no log#s. Two full months, and more than three weeks without log#s.

Unless rentable units are sitting idle, there is no financial incentive to rush issuing log#s. If a building has market rate units there is a better financial incentive to fill those first.

Out desires for fast service don’t carry much weight in the lottery context. I wish it were otherwise.
