I'm looking over my applications from 2018-2019 via the old housing connect website. I went to one of the treads here about a building and log #s higher than mine were in the general pop (no preference) were contacted before me. I never got an email or anything. Has anyone else experienced this? I have received rejection emails from ones I applied to that I am not qualified for anymore but this seems flat out wrong to me

Do you know if the higher log# was for the same size unit and/or AMI bracket as your own?

If you qualify for a studio and the unit in question was 3 bedroom that might explain your log# not being contacted. Likewise for AMI, if the AMI you qualify for was filled already they reached your log# they might typically keep passing over log# until they find a match for the qualified AMI.

Someplace, several places actually, I have read, ‘you might not be contacted if you don’t get a unit’; I don’t know if this is one of those cases.

Yes they were going for a 3 bedroom I'm not. Now that I think about it that's why
