Any updates ? And if your file was sent to hpd will they let me know ? All I was told was it’s in final review for submission and that was last week

They just told me again that they're working in order of log number and will update me once they know everyone's position. They haven't mentioned a credit check, final review, or HPD to me, not sure why.

Apparently, for most applicants, the indicator that their application has been sent to HPD is if they see their TIC and documents in Housing Connect! So maybe check that?

I had a call from them today & they said they needed me to send 2 more things because they’re trying to send it this week so I sent it while on the phone. I’ve been checking my account. I will keep checking and looking for that! Thank you !!

They also called me today and said the same thing but for a different lottery! But I think MHANY also manages this lottery. Fingers crossed for the both of us!!
