I recently got an email to submit documents! I submitted everything same day. Hopefully e goes smooth! I’ll keep an update ! Btw I’m not CB preference
Update: submitted additional documents yesterday. Viewed the apartment today. Gave my $20 for the credit check and signed the affidavit. She told me it should be a 3 week process to getting everything in order. The building is beautiful!!! I was told there was no more 1 bedrooms sadly. But their studios are absolutely gorgeous
