did you also provide them with 12 months of complete rent payments? they usually don't ask for credit report if you provided that
My credit is fine anyways but they did give 3 options. Either provide the proof of rent payments for 12 months, they run a credit check, or we give them a credit check that’s recent. They said either be more than 580 or you can’t owe more than 5000 excluding medical. I’m giving them my report since that’s faster for me than waiting for them to run it.

See you already have a credit report that’s amazing I have to provide rent receipts which is still fine. This process feels so nerve wrecking but we will know soon. I hope if they say yes they don’t turn around and want us to move in the next day
They send you your TIC after you have decided but it’s not a same day thing give it a few days
