Ok so I found out how to look and they don’t have it yet. But they also don’t have any violations or complaints open
I should probably mention that the certificate of occupancy wouldn’t be on the link I sent before. You would have to go to the DOB site for any COs issued after March 1, 2021. I’m seeing that they may have a temporary certificate of occupancy which means the building is safe to occupy but it expires after 90 days. It’s easier to get and they use it until their certificate of occupancy checklist is complete to be able to get the full CO.
Just got the email for the rental history/credit check. The report looked fine so fingers crossed
