I viewed a 2br in Oct, I was told move in dates are 11.15 and 12.15 and I would most likely be in the 12.15 category since my log is #6xx not sure how many log numbers they’ve gotten to this far but for our not so low log numbers what has the process been for you thus far?
They only got certificate of occupancy 11.09 so your dates are in line. But it depends on when or if your approved by hpd.
It’s both appropriate and legal if all those other units are taken then yes they have to give you what is left
I received this same email as well and it’s the same for the 2br units. They are still confirming for the 2, but all 1-2 bedroom units have went to all lower log numbers as I was told. I wish I could fit in a studio but I can’t
