I’m applying to move in there, they’re requiring a reference letter which is odd.
Can you elaborate more on why management is as?

Management has 1 million and 1 rules as to what we can use, how we can use it and when. They all have attitudes and don’t want to treat us like people. Dog park has hours, gym has hours, laundry room also nothing is 24/7. They probably want a reference due to some of the people they’ve allowed to move in

They put the waiting list on housing connect, I’m confused on why I got that email and how long would I have to wait! Does anyone know if they have any apts empty? Or is this a waiting list for Apts that they know will end up empty soon ?!Before I didn’t qualify but now I do

Did you get notification through housing connect to submit docs for a 1bd or you got an email about the waitlist opening up?
