Okay so I’ve got my heart set on a building whose log is set to drop any day now that I have CB preference in. I’ve got the building name in my shoe and in a jar, iykyk. 60% AMI is like 25 units between studios & 1 bedrooms. 80% AMI is 34ish 1 bedrooms. My 2021 tax return will place me in the 60% AMI but I am contractually guaranteed a raise every September that places me in 80 AMI. I started receiving this raise in 09/2021 so does that mean if I get called I will be 80% AMI? My pay stubs will also represent my transition into a higher AMI yes? Also, I’m under compounded housing duress so even though I’ve screenshotted and read 100x what the documents are I should compile are, I’m blanking. Can y’all please tell me again what I gotta get?

Yes, your current pay stubs will have highest priority. Yes, I believe you would be in the 80% bracket.

Also, take a deep breath, in and out, in and out. This is a very stressful process under the best of circumstances. You'll need to pace yourself. You don't want to freak out. You need to keep a cool head in order to get through it. Take warm baths, listen to soothing music.

Good luck!

Yes, I believe it's your current paystubs. Do you mind sharing what lottery you're waiting for? I'm also 80% AMI.
