Submitted my documents last week.. Anyone know how the process works? Like how long it takes and what i should expect next? How does the credit check work? Thanks for any help

I rejected it because they adjusted the apartments income to 165 ami and I’d be living from paycheck to paycheck which I don’t want.

If it’s a mini lottery, we can presume the building is up and running and has had occupancy for some amount of time. Wishing you good luck and short waits.

Yes it has been up for abt 3yrs maybe less application process for original ended Dec 2019. But I go to see the apartment tomorrow hopefully I like it and they accept my dog. But thank you for the well wishes
