the building on 135th and st nick nope... link in Gilmoregals post ending in 909

that stretch of 135th is toooo much

the apartments are teeny tiny shoebox status

the noise is on another level. school across the st, precinct on the next block, 24 hour Jamaican restaurant which is good, but brings in unsavories all hours of the day

new construction, they tagged the exterior walls up with graffiti, don't know if they removed it

b and c train is at your feet tho

535 E 12th is the one I'm eagerly awaiting...I'm in the community board and it's across the street from my boyfriend's current apartment so I've been keeping an eye on the buildout through the winter

Interesting, I know The Adele isn't a new building so must be more units available or something. They did a lotto for a new building next door that closed months ago but no log numbers have gone out.
