When I go on the site is says 4 rentals for Manhattan but when I click on it to see more it only shows 3 and this lottery doesn’t show up. I’ve tried logging in and it’s still the same thing, weird. Anyone else having this issue?

I just cleared the filters to show all boroughs, which I never do, and it popped up. I hope I haven’t missed any lotteries because of this glitch.

I'm in the 60% AMI and I agree. The higher AMIs look way too expensive for the lottery in my opinion. Idk if someone making 86k can even truly afford $2,500 rent plus bills and other stuff. Someone making 86k isn't even taking that amount home per paycheck after taxes.

I just looked at the fridge. The fridge I have in my oldddd pre war building is bigger than that. Hoping that's for a studio..

Again another 130AMI one that's basically unaffordable except for the tippy top of the income bracket. Gonna pass...

This is a good one! Right down in the area I work very good if you live in the LES area but they will call CB first so I don’t think I’ll have a chance and I’m in the 60AMI
