Wondering if anyone has won a lottery that also provided paystubs that reflected overtime pay. I have read the handbook and it only mentions over-time once. It honestly isn't super clear on how they calculate it. I have read some threads in the past where people where told they made too much for the AMI they were in due to over time and denied so I was wondering if anyone has worked overtime and was accepted.

Also if anyone knows how they calculate it with income.

You will have to have your employer explain that ot is not regular in a letter but it can be done as long as your not pushed out of the ami bracket

Does the employers have to provide that statement if you arent pushed out of the AMI bracket?

I work about 4 hours of overtime within two weeks on a semi regular basis it just depends on the work load.

If it's semi regular, it will be counted.

They will calculate it a couple of ways. Using the last six pay stubs, those will be averaged, and an annual income projected based on that.

If the pay stubs are not for the same amount, they will take each pay stub and project an annual income based on that.

In your case, if one pay stub has overtime, that will be used to project.

Your employer will also have to provide information about your current income and your projected income, including any raises, overtime, and bonuses expected in the next six months (or year, I can't remember).

Ohh okay thank you! As of now none of my last 6 paystubs have the same amount of income due to the overtime.
