Hi all, my documents have reached the final stages of approval and the agent assigned to my case has just uploaded all of the signed paperwork into Housing Connect. The title of the document is called “Agency Approval”.

Based on what I’ve read on here, it’s seems as though everything is now with HPD and I now have to wait to hear back from them.

If anyone can share their experiences with wait times concerning HPD responded please let me know! I’ve read it’s usually 3-5 business days but if anyone knows anything different feel free to comment.

Im also a bit confused as to how do they let you know if you are approved/denied. Is it by email? Or is it posted somewhere on the Housing Connect website?

Any testimony is welcomed!

When I did mine the agent contacted me through email and told me I was approved. It was a few days but less than 2 weeks.

Thanks! Did anything change for you on the HC website?

I was on the old HC website - everything was done via email to the marketing agency. I dont know too much about how the status works on the new HC website.

The final HPD approval was a phone call from Breaking Ground, the agency.

Can't forget the phone call, I was jumping up and down!

Yes it should said in review as you submit and then it will say review completed after the approval. Not sure if that happens with everyone but that's what mine says
