I know they just recently changed the AMI income guidelines and updated the HC buildings to reflect it. I hope going forward we see more CB buildings in our areas that include our individual AMI brackets. I'm CB 2 and have seen some really nice buildings where the AMI was sky high way out of my price range. No listing for my AMI at all. it's just such a shame that us the people who are born and raise here not given enough opportunities to better expand ourselves. I will remain optimistic that we all will get our new affordable homes! they coming!
that I know, Im in brooklyn CB 2 just forgot to write it. My point is there are buildings in people individual CB that are not including all our AMI.
