Has anyone gotten an apartment from this site, in some of these beautiful high rise buildings? I sent in applications because many have income restricted units with the same tax breaks just like housing connect buildings but I wonder if this every pans out, I know most are waitlisting openings, also if you have dealt with this site and gotten called for an apartment what was process etc .. like? I am also apprehensive applying for these buildings where most are higher income in, not to sure how I will be treated within building or by management being lower income.
