This is a beautiful building I actually have a friend who lives here market rate and I love visiting her so I will definitely be applying

Hi! I read a few bad reviews about the management from Google and do you possibly know if your friend experienced any issues related to management or a building?

I just applied. It is a bit pricey but cheaper than one blue slip (damn, that building is expensive) Wishing "Good vibes only" for all! :-)

From what I know she has 0 complaints and yes I’ve asked her. She is someone who is vocal if she doesn’t like the way she’s being handled so I would expect her to say it. She was honestly surprised at how many units were vacant
