My log number is 7X. I received an email on 7/15 to submit my documents and uploaded everything immediately. I’m praying while waiting for next steps.
Also really hoping for some movement on this. It's now been two weeks since they first requested documents, so from my experience with other properties they might start now being able to process income verification. A property agent told me ballpark 50% of people fail to submit documents in the initial request timeframe, and from there a large proportion are ineligible one way or another.
Google reviews are bad – it seems mostly to be complaints about unexpectedly thin and noisy walls between units, and a rude doorman. Helpful to know about, but I think workable for me given the location and quality of the units.
I emailed the marketing agent to ask for an approx. timeline for next steps after submitting docs. She said 2 to 6 months depending on your log number.
