I called the marketing agent today.
She said there was only 1 unit available for 60% AMI and it was would probably be taken before my log number is reached.
Oh boy. It's a nice one and close to Park Slope and no supportive housing. How come I missed applying all the nice one. I guess travelling a lot in the summer made me forget to check on HC
