Hi - If it's helpful to anybody else. I visited a 2-bedroom unit. It was on an upper floor, decently large with great light and floor-to-ceiling windows in all rooms. The appliances were stainless steel and quite nice, including Washer/Dryer (combined kind?). Very good train connectivity being right in downtown Brooklyn, and right across from Trader Joes and Target.
The biggest concern is two large construction sites on Livingston street that are just laying foundations for towers, so should be making quite a lot of noise for a few years, unfortunately. Amenities are approx. 40-50$/person and the gym is approx. 100$/person, massive and beautiful gym however with large underground space, friendly staff and classes including a small swimming pool.

My log is in the 70’s. An initial request for documents was made in August. They emailed to ask for updated paystubs 3 weeks ago. I was told that there’s currently no apts available for my AMI, but if/when something became available they would reach out.
Has anyone else been contacted for documents recently?
