I've tried editing, deleting and re-entering my information, opening in a new browser, etc...and I keep getting this error message. Also "Household incomplete"! It won't let me apply for any new lotteries as a result. Help!

I had this problem as well. It was the 'income' section of one of my kids. It drove me crazy, deleting, re-entering, again and again. Finally it worked. Sorry I don't have a better answer but keep trying. I called the help number but that was a laughable waste of time - no one answered.

You have to completely remove all of your income first, save all, log out, log back in, fill in your income again and go through the profile information again at the end.

Time consuming, glitchy, and inefficient. Just like the whole process lol. The powers at be has to do better

And the answer to that was HC2 which seems even glitchier.
I miss being able to put my information in the hat for things that I may not be in the run for when they frst come out but as this is such a long process, income/work/life changes being what they are. I really disliked being stuck at one level instead of being able to apply to a variety which is what I did in HC1. The amount of times my income had changed by the time they called me but hey life haps.
Anyway, HC2 is supposed to be streamlined and so much more efficient. Ahhh have i got a bridge to sell you
