My documents were submitted to HPD yesterday and BOY do I have anxiety… my agent told me my file is pretty simple compared to others and I have nothing to worry about.. but I’m still so stressed. How likely is it I’ll be approved now that I’m in this step? I’ve been assigned an apartment unit.

I'd say... get packin'

I've never seen nor heard of anyone getting denied by HPD. (It happens but I've been on this forum for years and have never read about anyone having that unfortunate experience).

You're in good shape unless the marketing agent made some kind of awful mistake. (This is a very stressful process, as you know.)

If your documents were sent to HPD, you should be fine. Give it a week or two max to get a response. Did you log in and see your TIC
