Hey, all if anyone is trying to live in queens and needs a 3-bedroom apartment, try applying to Richmond Hill. I applied for a 1 bedroom. They contacted me for a 3 bedroom apartment, but I had to decline because it is only me. They said they only have 3 bedroom apartments available at the moment.

I applied to this as well. I haven’t heard anything back from them yet but I am also looking for a one bedroom.

The number they called from was kind of funky lol. I always assume numbers I don’t know are spam but I answer just in case it’s from a marketing agency.

Thanks for the heads up. How long after you sent your documents in would you say they called? Any idea if there are any studios available?

I sent my application in about 2-3 weeks ago. They did tell me that when they get a 1 bedroom they would call. I applied for a studio/1 bedroom but I’d prefer a 1 bedroom. Anyways I don’t know if they doing log numbers or anything which I don’t think they are because I didn’t receive one. Maybe they are contacting people on the order they received applications.

Yes! I was at work and couldn’t answer. Something told me to Google the number and saw it was them. I must have called back 7 times and no one answered. I had no voicemail so I couldn’t reach the person’s extension. I hope it wasn’t a missed opportunity. I haven’t received a follow up email.

I hope some studios or 1 BRs start opening up. I live a few neighborhoods away and i’m very familiar with the area. This would be perfect for me.
