Hi y'all, just found this site because I am middle of the night anxious I am going to sign an affidavit of some sort Tuesday. I do have some random Venmo deposits, including a few for like $500ish, but not regular or repeating. For those of you who were asked for more paperwork and something notarized for these, do you think it's because you reached a certain threshold or are they asking everyone with Venmo, etc?
It wouldn't put me over the income limit, but I am still super nervous!

I chose a 1br, it's a corner on a high floor. It's kinda small and I am envious of those who maybe got to choose from a different line. But I couldn't only look at the Barclay's roof

Thanks!!

It had nothing to do with a threshold they won’t to make sure it isn’t regular income so they don’t add it to you income

Ahhh thanks.
Also, while I got called to sign an affidavit, after reading these postings, i saw that we should also check housing connect for our status. But i didn't know to check after we were in contact with the management company and I missed a deadline for request for more documents!!! Am I screwed?? Or will they maybe just ask for me to bring the Venmo stuff in person? Anxious Amysssha is still anxious!!!
