I rejected that location because my family size changed and and income as well. Don't wait, get everything out as soon as you can, because the deadline they give you stays the same even if you're missing something they asked for. Unless you're not interested anymore. Best wishes!!

Received a request to submit docs log number 554. They only have one bedroom available and those floating a/c units. I'm not too fond of those. I always wonder about them falling off the wall.

I found photos of the other units on streeteasy and some other sites - worth a google. They look very nice. Some of them have little patio decks. I like that area of Bushwick. Anyway, fingers crossed.

I was asked if I want to schedule a viewing for next week. There are slots for both 1 and 2 BR so I assume at least two of the three affordable units are left.

Update I was asked to submit documents I sent them in and was rejected right away…

Reason: Reason for this determination:
1
Your rental subsidy does not sufficiently cover the rent for the units in this project.

I have a 3 bedroom voucher for $3188 I’m assuming they don’t have any 3 bedrooms so I don’t qualify

Do you mind me asking what your log was?

I got called in to view for next week. I’m log number 6xx so with three units I’m not really getting my hopes up. I’d be interested to know how many people they are showing/ what log number they are up to
