I usually get my car washed at the carwash infront of these budlings. What they are not telling people and what people should be aware of is on that same block directly next to 276 is a drug rehab clinic.
They are also getting ready to demolish the BP gas station on the left side of 346, 346 was demolished a few years ago and is now a hotel.
I hope they have good sound isolating windows to block that MetroNorth horn

How convenient of them to leave out this important detail! I hope the area doesn't look like 125th and Lexington in Harlem since there's so many buildings going up over there which can provide much needed housing. Neighborhood safety is always a consideration though, especially for us renters with kids!
