Surprisingly this is more expensive than their 68 Gold Street in DUMBO but then again this does have more transportation options and the neighborhood is quite established.
Btw just wondering how did you know that these layouts were the apartments being offered in the lottery? I looked up some other floor plans for 1Br's in the building without washer and dryer, and they were 700+ sq feet. I'm hoping these are the ones available lol instead of the 500 sq feet ones

the lottery 1bds are around 400-450 sq feet (I toured them)

Thanks, I have a viewing soon and I'll definitely keep my expectations in check.

Tiny apartments for $2800, even in a nice neighborhood like Park Slope, feels like the opposite of winning a lottery...
