I found a market rate 2BR unit video on YT, besides all those appliances (W/D, dishwasher) the apartment comes with TV too!

Someone on this forum already won the lottery and moved in, but no review or anything after that.

LMAO was this person going at 5x speed or what? Still better than the “attitude” shown at actual showings though lol.

For 1 BR units, the A line and D lines are the lottery units, most probably on even lower floors.

Don’t know if $2510 (net effective rent on a 2yr lease, with 2 months free as advertised) is worth it. The building better blow away everything near it to be that expensive, with these 1 BR’s being under 500 Sq Ft. Seems like a bad deal, even if lottery. Poor Market renters. It’s a totally bad deal for anyone actually, even non lottery.

They are just reaching the 1000s now. But the apts are the smallest I have ever seen, under 450 Sq Ft for 1 b/r. Almost criminal. So you may still get called, as I am sure 99% will reject these apts. Unless “andres Escobar” signs your couch or something, i don’t think anyone is going to want to go there. The lottery apts are all low floors too, and there is another 5-7 story building right in front on the southwest facing side of the building, so unlike that YouTube video on floor 9, sunlight will be not as much.

4K for those units at MR that is such a ripoff they are tiny and awkward.
