It may not be by the waterfront but LIC is a higher income neighborhood so I would not be surprised if one showed up. A Target is already being put in and Trader Joes was a little over a year ago. Plus its owned by Amazon who almost set up headquarters here.

nope, they are probably processing cases with CB now. My log number is somewhat decent but I hear nothing yet.

Mine isn't terrible with CB but I still am not sure if I would be in the first round of requests for CB
