My log is in the 800s and I don’t have any CB.

What are the chances they contact me?
Household of two (son and I) looking for 2/3 bedroom.

800 is a good number! You should add your details to the spreadsheet and track when they get to non-CB applicants (likely at least 6 months). Also, I don't believe any lotteries offer 3 bedroom apts for a family of 2.

You will most likely get a 1 or 2 bedrooms for your household size but you won’t get a 3 bdrm

how is a 41XX with no preferences and a 30% AMI? I know someone go in the other building in the early 3000's range. I honestly like studios over one bedrooms, I like the open space for one person.

I do hope they get a Whole Foods closeby, Trader Joe's is Great but it is a walk to get there. Does anyone know if there's a LIRR or Amtrak stop closeby with the tracks right there? Any info on this site to help us determine if we want to live there would be awesome thank you!

I'd say chances are pretty low ull see a whole foods. There already one in north williamsburg. Most empty lots in lic become residential luxory towers.

Yes the LIRR tracks there are functional. I know the Hunters point stop is only rush hour weekdays not sure on the long island city stop that's a little further

Posting this again for anyone who has yet to fill it out. I wonder if they started calling any logs.

I filled out. BTW, I really like this form, it makes it easy to see who has received notifications of file uploads.
