I think it's unlikely they will get to you by Feb since the south tower they did not process any gen pop until after they went through CB it seems and it took a very long time.

Just got the email requesting additional documents on behalf of my parents (Log 7xx, one of them is 62+ and no CB). My guess is the building starts to process seniors applications regardless of CB reference.
Yes, because Gotham Point allocated one building for seniors only.

May I know what additional documents they are asking for? because I also have a few items that I didn't submit, but I don't receive email from them to let me submit additional docs

He required me to re-submit the current lease, utilities bills, most recent bank statements. In addition to that, a bunch of verification forms were needed, such as household eligibility questionnaire, 4506, 4506T, employment verification and bank verification, etc
Same.. log is 800s also. No cb or preference. They didnt contact me yet.
