Just got an email today for additional documents (12/14). Log 13XX, CB + NYC Employee. I already sent in the documents as I am really anxious to get a unit, but they gave a deadline for 12/21. It's a lot of paperwork to be done in a week, but thankfully I had some free time today.

I also received an email from them asking for additional/latest docs and bank statements. Additionally, we have to sign like 20 something forms. Gosh, it is torturing me. If you're receiving W2 form from jobs, that would be easier. It is a nightmare for people who is a freelancer.
They asked for a million documents to be signed and then statements of all of my bank accounts (including any venmo, zelle, paypal, etc) for the last 6 months and ID.

Hi! It is hard to say on buildings that are doing preferences like community board because the community board can fill an entire AMI with people from that preference, you have a low log so it sounds like a good shot but you will be waiting a long time until they fill CB.

Did they also ask you to put a description on every earning in your bank statement/paypal/venmo/zelle that wasn't your paycheck?
