Hi, my family and I got asked to submit documents for the 33 Neptune lottery by next week. I am currently employed full time and have been for the past year. However, I will begin my Masters program next month as a full time student and work part time. My dad will be the only one with a full time income from then.

Should I disclose that I will be attending school or will it be better to say that I am currently working full time? We meet the 60% AMI level due to my income and my dad's combined and would continue to do so once I switch to part time work. I heard that they don't count the income of full time students so I was wondering if that's true? We would not qualify with my dad's income by itself.

You will have to provide your current income documentation but they will ask you if you are a FT student OR plan to become one in the next 12 months, you will have to disclose. They will count the income of you even if you are a FT student and as long as not the entire household is made up of FT students AND your household income still qualifies, you shouldn't have an issue. But yes, you must disclose your current and projected income and student situation.

Yes, I would still be living with my family. My dad would just be the only one working full time when I go back to school. I just want to know if they would still count my part time income with our total family income.

Yes they will count your part time income, they add all sources of income and you qualify based on your household income (that being everyone that will live in the new apartment).
