554 Sq ft in that location and with stainless steel appliances / separate kitchen actually isn't that bad compared to what's out there at market rate...trust me I've looked and I've seen all I've needed to see. It is very narrow but that's not a deal breaker for me.

Wow the apartments look like long closets. I prefer the more square even shape than narrow and rectangle. Not good for the prices they are offering. But the area is great.

The 9-and-a-half-foot-wide studio is a little nuts, but the one-beds are ~17 ft. It's like a townhouse. Individual tastes will vary, of course, but it's definitely livable, especially for one person.
