Log 7xx also contacted. Does anyone one know what AFFORDABLE NEIGHBORHOOD COOPERATIVE PROGRAM (“ANCP”) means here . It is not clear if this building has 421 A . Is it going to be converted to a Coop does the road ? Any insights would be appreciated.

I just looked it up and it does seem like it will be converted at some point but it's unclear when that happens. This is what it says on HPD. "They will be transferred to Restoring Communities HDFC upon construction loan closing, and conveyed to a newly formed cooperative HDFC upon cooperative conversion."

Also curious to know if these units will have W/D in them. If not, would be tough to justify the price, especially since it's already such a tight space and no amenities in the building (gym, doorman etc.).

What does everyone else think?

If it’s converted to co-op, what does that mean for the people living there?

I’m #14xx although will be withdrawing as I’ve now got a place. I think the 1BRs are a good deal for the area especially with Target and Trader Joe’s so close by. I would definitely consider it if my number was called.
