I viewed it and it was really lovely. Bigger than in photos, good floor plan, quiet. I submitted documents and viewed apt first week of December. I’m still waiting to hear about next steps.
silly question, but if they don't find folks to fill rooms, that's when they put the waiting list up? or is it that there's no situation where rooms aren't filled (i was reading the coney island phase forums and it seemed like a lot were empty, and I'm wondering if they're getting to crazy high log numbers or if they're just straight up unoccupied)

Oh that’s awesome! When you toured, did you get a sense of how many units were filled?
I don’t think any of them had been filled yet. But I got the sense that everyone who had viewed the apts that day were moving forward with the application process. There’s only 11 apts available, and one is a studio, and one is for a mobility preference. I’ll be surprised if I make it to the next round of documents!
There was laundry on the first floor, but if I recall correctly, only two washers and two dryers. Maybe three or four? But I thought it seemed a little problematic.
@sliceobri: I’ve learned with the buildings in Manhattan with under 20apts avail, they go very fast. Coney Island had 200 units right? Not ideal location and lots of unit. For one building on East 39th, my log number is 2xx and there were about 15-20apts available, and it looks like I’m not going to get to the final stages. I’m pretty surprised!
Hi guys, like @yoyo295 said...mostly everyone who came that day proceeded with the apartment. I am 90% sure they've been filled, but until all leases are signed you never know!
