Camera tricks, the floor plans show the 1Brs are 5-600 sqft which is typical for new units in NYC, not tiny but not big. Layout and lighting will make all the difference.

WD is washer/dryer. There's one in every floorplan.

Oh yeah I know lol that's why I said the photos make it look huge but it's pretty standard for NYC
