Currently in a 1 bedroom apt (just me) paying only electricity which includes electric heat, highest month was $182 and lowest $65.

I used to live in a 2 bedroom (with my now ex) and had to pay electricity and gas. Highest month was $275 and lowest was $125

3 bedroom, 5 people, all-electric everything - $100-$250 depending on the season - summer is higher - average about $ 170 per month.

Thanks . This is very helpful to know.I just moved into Dime and was wondering what the estimated cost for an all electric utility bill would be. I know that newer buildings would have more energy efficient appliances reducing cost , but was not sure. My former apartment had gas and hot water included in rent, so electricity was relatively cheaper.
