It's a bit of a stretch for those at the lower end of the income ranges, and a mixed bag of deals as far as prices, but overall they are below market, especially those last three Brooklyn listings, can't sneeze for under a million in Clinton Hill.

I emailed the company and was told the following: We are presently working through the lottery log and contacting eligible applicants as we go through the process. Should your log number be randomly selected we will contact you and you will also receive an email from housing connect 2.0.
So sit tight if you are awaiting a response.

I was picked for this lottery but ended up turning it down. When they chose me, the only places they had left were in Jamaica and other far flung neighborhoods so it was going to be too difficult commuting for work.

2,000. They contacted me back in May. I sent in my paperwork. Then they told me it was only the three Jamaica homes left so I declined them. It was a wonderful opportunity it just wouldn’t have worked for my family.

Seems like the Brooklyn location has all houses already booked?
