Does anyone here know if I have an "In Process" status with another application, I will be skipped over for the any other applications? I have a two digit log number for 68 Gold but was not contacted. The "In process" application is more of a waiting list for a 1 bedroom than a sure thing. Should I withdraw and hope I am contacted on the applications where I have a lower log #?

It shouldn't block you from other applications. I believe it just gives you more options if the timing lines up correctly.

Does this apply to applications that are “under review” as well? One of my applications has been under review for a month. I reached out to the marketing agent for status and she informed me there are no more available units. I don’t want to miss out on other opportunities due to the application status not changing

I second this question. It seems like I might be being passed over due to the "Under Review" status. This is an assumption purely based on Log #s though.

You can be under review for multiple buildings at the same time. Your status in one lottery doesn't affect the other. You will not get passed over. I was under review for 4 at some point. Even if you sign a lease, you can still continue to apply

Ok so even after I accept an apt through the housing connect lottery, I could continue to apply to other apartments? I have been looking for a forum like this that could answer some of the questions not answered on their FAQs! Thank you!

Yes you can continue to apply but the apartment you choose must be your primary residence and you can only have one. In other words, if you win a lottery unit while living in another lottery unit and you choose to move, you must either give up your first unit or see if the landlord is willing to let you sublet.

For the most part, you can be participating in many lotteries and waiting and what not without a problem.

An exception could be with PURCHASE lotteries. Some lotteries are for first-time-home-BUYERS. So, if an applicant buys condo or co-op from a lottery (or not from a lottery) then they have disqualified themselves from first-time-home-buyer opportunities and this would include waitlists they are already on.
