Roughly, what is the monthly carrying charge for a 1-bedroom apartment in Penn South? I understand it will vary by size. Just looking to get a general idea.


If a resident exceeds the income limit, what is the maximum percentage of the surcharge that will be assessed?


What is the story with Penn South's parking--cost? length of waiting list? any intel about reasonably-priced off-site parking?
