Hi friends. I was wondering if anyone ever won or got called with very high log number and CBP. I was putting my hope for a building that I really like. I can see that building every time when I take my dog to the dog park but it turns out I got a super high log number (72xxx) it is the highest I've ever gotten. I have CBP (CB 4) for this one but at this point I feel like it doesn't really help anymore. I thought I would get a lower log number since I live in the area and 100% AMI.

Realistically, would you think I still have a chance to get called some point next year? Or should I just move on? Thanks a lot!

While there always is a chance, that is a really high number even with CB. The CB preference only matters until they fill 50% of the units. Once those are done and they still haven’t contacted you - the CB preference won’t help you. They will then start with the lowest gen pop number.

The number of units available that you are eligible for also play a factor.

It’ll be a great surprise if they do reach you but realistically I wouldn’t hold my breath.
